HONEST ANSWERS TO FAQs
I noticed you work for a country station. Do you play other than country music?
Yes! No Bull Media is and always has been a full-service mobile music business. Although we get many requests for country-themed receptions, we also play standards, 50's, 60's, disco, 80's, 90's, classic rock, urban, and top 40!

I have no idea in what order my events should be at the wedding reception. How do I find out?
I'll plan it out for you. I'll provide you with a wedding planner so you'll know where you have to be and what you'll be doing. The wedding planner will include first dances, names of the bridal party, etc. You can even let me know what particular songs you don't want played!

Is it okay to give you a list of songs I want played at the reception?
If they're songs that have a history with the bride and groom - by all means! It gives me the opportunity to connect the guests with an important aspect of the happy couple. On the other hand, don't write out every song you want played at the reception.

Why not?
You're pretending to know what your guests are going to dance to. Even I have to get a feel for the crowd and not all crowds are the same. The best results are when the music is mixed - Rock, Pop, Disco, Country, Hip-Hop, Jazz, etc. Remember - you're playing for different tastes and different age groups. Everybody from nine to ninety wants to have fun.

Can I customize my reception?
Yes! It's quite all right to add a little something to make your reception unique. I've seen everything from the groom singing a song he's written to the groomsmen serenading newlyweds a la barbershop. The trick is to not clutter. With everything else to consider (toasts, cake cutting, first dance, garter/bouquet toss, etc.). You want to have enough time where the guests can hit the dance floor and enjoy themselves.

Can you play music for both my wedding and my reception?
Yes - if both the wedding and the reception are at the same venue. Even then, some moving around of equipment may be necessary. It's just a matter of scouting out the location and seeing what needs to be done. Playing both will include extra costs.

What if I want you to stay longer than my contact calls for?
I will give you a prorated cost if indeed you want to carry your party over. Always check first with the reception hall to see if they'll allow the extra time.
